I think this number will go up tomorrow. I ran 4.5 miles this morning and sweated a ton. It felt great to push myself, I haven't done that in a while.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
