i need to start counting my points again, i own it
my goal is to get back to 155 ish
i own it

soo....
more water, less juice and other stuff
points counting daily
workout at least 4 times this week
only weigh myself once a week
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
