Yesterday (Friday) was my weigh-in day, but being the day after Thanksgiving, the scale was all over the place. Two days ago I was 208, yesterday I was 211, today I settled on 210. Still good to celebrate another pound lost this week - that makes 9 pounds this month!
Tomorrow is December 1st and I’m going to cut milk products. I’ll still eat eggs for December, then commit to vegan starting Jan 1st.
Also today is day #10 without smoking cigarettes. It seems to be getting harder! My lungs are begging to be scratched, like an itchy wound. I’m reducing my patches to 7mg starting tomorrow, then stop patches Jan 1st and be nicotine free.
Also, I’m still counting weight watchers points, trying to stay under 30. It’s harder without the free (zero point) chicken & turkey, but I’m managing. Exercising is getting easier by the day; I can ride/walk for longer periods.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
