Been bad about tracking for a few days and definitely find that when I'm not counting my calories I am definitely consuming more of them... back on track, back on track, back on track!!!
185.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
