25 pounds in 7 weeks! I was wondering if that big loss last week was a fluke and that some of the weight was going to bounce back this week... nope. 🙂🙃🙂
236.4 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
