So here I am 7 months into a weight loss journey having lost over 5 and still losing, while increasing my exercise and physical activity. I’ve taken up the couch to 5k running challenge and I’m still battling my way through this, but I’ve gone from being out of breath running for 60 seconds to being able to run for 25 minutes consistently!

234.4 lb Lost so far: 74.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
