a pound lighter than I was last Monday. no binges again this weekend, which is GREAT. I definitely won't get to goal by my anniversay but I still have a shot for a birthday goal.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
