Day Two is in the books and I'm down another 1.5 on the USANA Reset program. I have three shakes a day and two servings of fruit/veggies. It's a 5-day program to kinda cleanse your body and to help get you off carbs. I woke up at 6:00 am with a horrible headache - carb withdrawl. Took 3 Tylenol which took care of it.

I bought the South Beach book yesterday and am very excited about the program. It looks very similar to the zone/formula programs and will give me many more recipes.

My husband has been very supportive. I told him once I'm done with the Reset program we will be eating on the Beach. He seems fine with that as he's a very healthly person and likes programs that follow the GI.

Today I will be out on the road - always tough. I will be bringing my shake in a thermos.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 10.5 lb a week
