179 @ 16.7% / 16.8 6:30 AM 6 hours Sleep... Too MUCH BAD Fats! Not enough MCT Ratio! And too few AM calories with WO!


11:49AM already have 1/2 Workout behind me about to eat, need to stay PERFECT on my Ratio's

20/45/35 Fat/Carb/Protein Today! Going to EAT so I can WO Tomm - min 1/2 Chest with Saturday AP LAX Day Off!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
