Since my last weigh-in was supposed to be 179.6 this isn't *quite* as bad as it looks. But I'm starting the fat fast today and wanted to true starting weight.
I got double cream brie instead of cream cheese at the market this morning. It has the same fat content (9g/oz) but without the carageenan and other wacky additives. I looked at the triple cream (12g/oz) but it was $4 a lb more and at least for now I'm going with double.
I have macadamias left over from the convention, but dang they seem to have a lot of salt in them. The downside of giant bags of things at Costco.
So for the next three days it is fat fast for me. Other than this morning when I meet a friend for breakfast and had bacon and coffee with half and half (my downfall, so far I'm only at 89%) it will be brie, avocado and macadamia nuts for me. And if I actually make coffee at home, which I seldom do, at least here I have heavy whipping cream.
