Started couch potato to 5k today. During the entire run my 16 month old was having a complete melt down circling the baby gate I bought to put around the treadmill while in use. She was trying to tear the gate down, and throwing herself on the floor because she wanted to be able to get to me. My oldest was just very curious and wanted my attention at times but listened well when I asked her to play a game till I was done. As far as the actual run itself it was not as bad as I was expecting it to be. I'm looking forward to my next run, I'm going to try while the kiddos are sleeping, but my treadmill is older and kinda loud....
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
