Some weeks I see upwards of a 3 lb drop, this week just under 1.5.... and I'm completely ok with that. I measured myself yesterday and there's been a overall decrease of 7.5 inches! (1.5 from the waist, 2 from the hips, 2 from the ribcage/back, and 1 from each thigh!)

Progress is progress, and I'm happy with all of it!
243.6 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
