the 5k Cal was AWESOME noticeable energy working out.
reduced by 500 ca today... 4 Kale shakes in last 2 days...

Dan was MJ in Thriller tonight on stage OMG boy can dance!

Had a lot more FAT today - was all Extra Coconut Oil Load...



Did not weigh in on Valentines day in the AM
Afternoon was 186 @ 13.8
180.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
