i was afraid of this... kicked my workout into high gear by starting the insanity workout 60 day challenge and gained weight. at least Im pretty sure it's muscle mass... it had better be, I've been eating much better than ever before and trying to make sure I consume enough to not scarve my muscles without going overboard. on the plus side i always feel amazing after completing the workout and I am sure its what I need to whip my butt into shape.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
