Took mom to buy cemetery flowers, meds, and groceries today. I had stomach trouble probably from too much rich food lately and had to come home afterwards. Gotta go back to watch the game at 5 tonight.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
