Have the food under control.... mostly

Need to exercise, walk, be active. Winter weather is holding me back.

May want to look into getting an exercise bike. Walmart $98
206.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
