Hi everyone -
Just to let you know, I do read all suggestions and I appreciate them! I am incorporating a few things. First, I am going to get my stuff out of the junk food cabinet so I don't have to go in there. The only thing I have in there are almonds, some of those single serving peanut butter cups, Parmesan crisps (which I can barely stand), and pork rinds (yeah gross too but when you are dying for crunch they serve the purpose).

Second suggestion was swimming. I can join LA Fitness for the pool and my work will pay up to $300 per year for that. So it doesn't cover the whole thing but about 10 months. So good deal!

So the peanuts are gone. I obviously gained 3 pounds probably b/c I am eating too much so this morning I cut out the sausage which has a lot of calories. Lunch is chicken and salad. Dinner I never know what I'm doing. Which is probably bad b/c when you don't plan for success you fail. Ultimately I'd like to just FAST b/c my blood sugar is still around 180 - 220 and that's way too high. Fasting works so well to get that down. It's pretty amazing how you burn off all of the sugar in your body when you fast.

Still trying to get my BiPAP machine. It's so weird - you go for a sleep study. They tell you that you quit breathing 109 times an hour and you'd think it would be an emergency to get you on a machine. Do I get a call to pick up equipment? NOPE. It's been one week so I started calling them today.

This weekend my daughter is running the Marine Corps Marathon. It's a pretty cool event. They run around all of the monuments and end in Arlington.
