Well I did stop the medication to lower my cholesterol 2 nights ago. Finally today I began to feel more normal. Still have to resolve the issues with my spine before I can start exercising. So will do what I can to lose without exercise. going to be a long journey.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
