So after nearly a week of choosing the healthier option and cutting down on every unhealthy I have made great progress 😃 I’m just trying to do everything in moderation right now, so instead of a whole slab of chocolate I only have 1/2 rows and then that’s it for the whole day. Gotta slowly wean myself off the sweet stuff.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 116.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
