Still trying to break 140. It's just a bit of a challenge on the weekends when I don't exercise as much as I should. I'm not discouraged - seeing it in writing may 'jump start' my desire to exercise.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
