Starting again this yr..hoping to attain my dream weight by October....
166.7 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1064 kcal Fat: 65.15g | Prot: 64.55g | Carb: 60.56g.   Breakfast: Splenda, Pure Soya Protein Isolate, Tesco single cream, Coffee (Instant), Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Walnuts, Mixed Salad Greens, Mayonnaise, Cheddar Cheese, Milled Flax Seed, Paneer. Dinner: Pineapple Cream Cheese, Lentil, Beans , Neal's yard soya flour, Milled Flax Seed. Snacks/Other: Atkins Cappuccino nut day break bar, Tesco single cream. more...
