1088 kcal Fat: 26.96g | Prot: 35.97g | Carb: 130.91g.   Breakfast: fiber one 80 calorie chocolate cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, bread roll. Dinner: sweet leaf green tea, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), lower sodium vegetable soup, chicken thigh. Snacks/Other: weight watchers string cheese, Peppermint Pattie, merlot wine, almonds. more...
losing 7.7 lb a week
