Wife is on board! :) She started her lifting Monday and is doing a basic 3 day split with mainly compound lifts. She saw her first decent drop in weight too with 4lbs. This is probably due mainly to starting to work out and regulating water intake added to her current eating right diet. No cardio for now. Won't add that in until she needs it.
