Lifting heavy and lower reps. Running on the treadmill at an incline of 1.0. Using the eliptical with the arms. Just had breakfast. Not eating dairy anymore, or very rarely.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
