Weight lifting workout today: 3 X 12 Machine Hip Abductor, 3 X 12 Machine Hip Adductor, 3 X 12 Machine Glute, 3 X 12 Machine Standing Calf Extension, 4 X 25 Crunch
184.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
