So every single time I stop counting calories no matter how shitty I eat or amazing I eat my body seems to settle at 140 lbs..... for my BMI apparently this is a healthy weight but my only fear is that because if I go over 140 I’ll be overweight that it isn’t good that my body is plateauing here. Thoughts?
140.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

I tried intuitive eating. Really listen to your body for signals of real hunger and satisfaction. If not count and measure the food until you get a good hang of eating for your goals. 💕
