182.8 @ 13.9% @ 10AM with 6 hrs Sleep after WW3 14.6 High after Water and Post2... Took ALL on a Niacin Adventure!!! And 40 Mins Walk - I did 250mg all 125 WOW!

ps... 13.9 AWESOME!!!!
182.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
