:( guess I won't reach my weight goal in 3 months... Sad. I was doing to well. I guess I did have a little more alcohol that the previous week and skipped a work out day.... I am starting my new birth control in a week, so I am hoping for weight changes!
143.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the same boat....hoping that when the weather gets nice....I'll be more motivated to get out and geocache. Picked up Xena on Friday..had too much wine. I'm going to start cutting my portions..that seems to work with all that I lost after surgery.
