Today was kind of hard I ate pretty good during the day but in my way home I was feeling cranky so I stopped at Sonic at got cheese sticks and a pop. I am not sure how to get pass that. I think I eat cause I am bored. I can't wait til thus class starts so I hope it helps. I stopped buying junk food cause if its in the house I will eat it.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
