Hi all my FS friends I have missed you 🥰🥰🥰my mother passed in July and have had 2 months of sadness and sorting her things out and there has been a creep in my weight. Need a holiday and that’s what I am going to have. 3kg (6lbs) to lose before November ❤️🐝x

158.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry for your loss 💔 I lost my mom in 2016 and gained 3 stone so the fact you've caught your self now is amazing. Good luck and look after yourself. Xx
