starting 1200 calorie per day diet.... goal 175 by the time I test for my blackbelt March 16. that will also put me back below my pre-pregnancy weight. One day per week allowed to refuel (aka cheat)... I've never aimed as low as 1200 per day, but I also have not had much success so I need a strict plan. I CAN DO IT!!!!!
187.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
