Wow 14lbs in two weeks, I am very excited! I just need to stick to my diet. I am really enjoying working out. The endorphines are making me feel great!
306.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
