Got on the scales this morning and to my surprise I went below the 170 mark. I went for a little over a week with severe leg cramps and started taking multi vitamins and calcium pills. The cramps subsided and I got back to normal, well as normal as possible. Just 4 lbs to go to reach my target weight!!! On the lighter side of things, I am going to put a new hole in my belt because of the weight loss. It looks like I am down to a 30 inch waist. It's been a few years since I have been there..... sure feels good to be back!!!
