10 st 8lbs Fat machine 25.5% No WW. Week one didn't go so well, I only got back to tracking about half way through, and the eating and activity levels have been much the same, hence another half lb on. I need to restart my paper graph on the larder door since I've now gone off the top of it! I think I'm going to give the IF another go. I am actually out for din and cinema this eve but at least if I keep it in the 'window' it feels like compliance even if your calorie count is shot to pieces! And I'll force myself with the step count as well. If I start with those two things, not too onerous, I can hopefully start to tweak the food itself from next week. Maybe fishing out my snow trousers and keeping a weekly photo record of progress might help too. It's so difficult when you're emotionally/mentally so low that the motivation just isn't there to get out and do things to help yourself, even knowing you'll feel better for it, then you hate on yourself for your lack of effort and the vicious circle spirals you even lower, and on it all goes!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
