i have been doing crunches to reach 100 without stopping.so far i only need to take 2 10 second brakes so im almost there.i have been running everyday for 30 min.well walking half the time.and i feel good.im just a little more tired then usual so im going to take some vitamins.im happy i did 140 crunches today and i going to do 100 more a little later.and go up and down my stairs a few times.so im on my way.looking forward to joining a gym very soon.
