Had a minnie binge last night. I did 4.5 miles/1 hour on the treadmill to make up for it. The run was AWESOME. Feel great now!
137.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
