Messed up really bad for three days. Going to have to watch myself better. Not easy having to watch sugar, sodium, fat and calories all at the same time. I can't believe the foods that are high in sodium. I'm only allowed 2000 mg. per day and 2 liters of liquid. I think I'm doing o.k. on the liquids but stay pretty much between 2000 & 3000 mg. of sodium today. My INR is up where it should be now, (that was a real struggle)so will have the procedure done on my heart Feb. 1. I'm feeling somewhat better, but am looking forward to feeling much better.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
