Hooray!! I lost 0.75g.yesterday. I was so happy. I did some excercise a lot. I did weight training half an hour, casio wave burnt about 1500 kcal(about an hour)., Intro aerobic for an hour, Body Combat for an hour and back to the Casio wave again for 700 kcals(30 mins). I was so tired but it was great fun :)
