Yep, today was a slide on the soda intake. Youngest B-Day & I won't see her for 12+ days (with her father)... "needed" a Big Gulp earlier so dinner's soda was over the limit! Missin my daughter...
152.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
