This is really not happening quick enough for my likes! I thought I'd be in the 150's by now. All I can say is I better be in the 150's next week or I will be mad! I always managed to lose around 10lbs a month whilst still eating lots of carbs so I expected this to really shock my body, especially in the first month...blergh. keep calm and carry on. Just want some spaghetti and bread now :( not a good day! Hoping to wake up in a better mood tomorrow
162.8 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Don't sweat it, looking at your graph you're doing a really good job and keeping it consistant. Patience and focus are key here. Don't lose site of your goal! Stay motivated and keep it up! You're kickin ass!

Thank you! I think I was just having a bad day! I guess I just thought that it would be enough of a shock to really kickstart some serious weightloss but I guess I'm getting to a point where it's not going to give it up so easily...I wish I could just continue to lose 10lbs every 5 weeks for the rest of my journey, I'd be at goal weight in no time! We can all wish! :)

What really helped me along was experimenting with making my own dishes. Especially crazy ones like using spaghetti squash to make an angel hair noodle alternative. There's a lot of great substitute items that are healthy and will help keep you sane :)
