I'm chuffed I've lost a bit. Today the plan is to have a small Sunday dinner. chicken, new pots, peas, spinach, gravel, stuffing.
201.3 lb Lost so far: 27.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
