I didn't eat just what was suggested and I had sugar. I struggled at first, but I'm more than determined to shed that addiction for two weeks and lose a bunch of weight.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
