Didn’t track food yesterday as I had a chest afternoon, buttermilk fried chicken burger with crispy bacon, mayo, bbq sauce, fries and fried halloumi with sweet chilli jam. So very pleased with this! 💪🏻
261.9 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
