so frustrating... EVERYONE makes comments on how much weight I have lost, my clothes fit baggy and I am probably the healthiest I've been in 3 years BUT I've GAINED weight... ugh...

I workout at the gym or run 5 days a week with a goal of hotting at least 10000 steps before 10qm and I am pretty conscious of what I eat but I do enjoy my wine and weekend BBQs in the summer (I don't go crazy but I have a few) which I can also guess is sabotaging the work I do throughout the week but if I hear one more person say...well muscle weighs more I am going to scream...lol

my goal is 150lbs ... how on earth am I going to get there....!!!
171.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If your working out 5 days a week I would suggest low intensity workouts that are just meant to burn the fat and not gain muscle(like a 10 pound weights when doing arm curls an when you get used to them don’t up the weight) you may gain more weight because of your fat to muscle ratio in the start, but once some muscles start to develop the body will keep burning fat❤️don’t quote me I’m not at all a professional

This could be all water. How much water are you drinking a day? If you add alcohol make sure to counter it with water. OR drink your alcohol in water lol. They cancel eachother out 😂

You've made a lot of progress... have you recalculated your TDEE and macros?

I'd love to share what I did to lose 35lbs & a crazy 63 overall inches. I tried everything & trust me nothing worked. I started my amazing nutritional products Dec 2017 and I have never felt better or more healthy. I just turned 56 & I not just feel like I'm 30 but I have more energy now then I did then. I am so passionate about sharing my experience.
