I really didn't want to record this but it has been more than a week since I weighed in. I am considering going to only weight loss weigh-ins instead of weekly. What do folks think about that idea? I just find the gains so discouraging!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well duh, that had not even occured to me!!! Especially since I'm dreading weigh in tomorrow - had to cut out nicotine and caffine for some medical tests and started eating instead! No carbs (or very few) but LOTs and LOTS of calories.....but NOW if I gained I may just ignore it!!!

Its a tough decision but certainly you could weigh yourself but not record if its a gain. Its good to know where you stand even if its not want you want. I am up this week and I probably won't post the gain, but I know I am up and I know why. It sneaks up so damn fast. Its so hard to see the weight go back on but I'd rather know that the bloody stuff is creeping back than get a shock - but by all means keep the "ups" to yourself so you don't see it here if it gives you a psychological boost. You have done well so far and this isn't a quick fix - we will all get there, I have faith in us!
