I have been pretty good this week. A few lapses here and there but overall I am happy. I think the reason I did not lose anything this week is because I have been sick (along with the whole family!) so have not done any exercise.
Plan for this week - eat well, drink lots of water and exercise at least 4 times x 30 minutes plus normal activity.
