Slow but losing .5lb a day.. Well, I guess I didn't gain it over night. but, why do we want it gone over night?? I am starting to hit my water goal. By, drinking hot water, lemon and honey... This is now my favorite drink..... I hope I can post another.5lb lost Wed... Have a great day...
274.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
