Well, when I started my diet I weighed between 154 and 153. I now weigh 152. (I've been on my diet for three full days.) So, we'll see if I can keep up weight loss at that pace on this diet.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
