Gained 1kg overnight, think most of this will be due to the heat as I only took in my usual calories and I did my normal amount of exercise?
269.0 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's about 37°C where I live... I'm letting myself off on exercise (exept from walking my dog a bit when it's less hot during the day). Maybe try to do a walk in the evening (I know it's still hot but it's better than the morning!)
