I'm down 2 lbs, but that's not really as improvement. I really want to lose around 10 lbs, then maintain that weight. But in order to do that I need to be trying harder. So that is the game plan.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
