I'm down 2 lbs, but that's not really as improvement. I really want to lose around 10 lbs, then maintain that weight. But in order to do that I need to be trying harder. So that is the game plan.

Radishes, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa.

Tortilla Corn Chips, Milk Chocolate Candies.
